Notes: The use of rosewood for the fingerboard is unusual and suggests that it may be a replacement
This guitar was sold by Kennard Machol (of Intermountain Guitar & Banjo in Salt Lake City) to player/collector, Joey McKenzie from Austin, Texas. Joey decided to replace the guitar’s block inlaid rosewood fingerboard with an ebony fingerboard with a pointed end and dot inlays from the third fret. The work was done by Nashville luthier Hugh Hansen. See images, bottom of the page
