A few words to remember our friend Paul Hostetter, who died of cancer, on February 13th, 2019.
Paul was an enthusiastic supporter of the project that would eventually become the Pre-War Gibson L-5 Owners’ Club, contributing suggestions and information (go here to read his observations on the 16-Inch L-5 truss rod position: https://prewargibsonl-5.com/head-and-neck/).
A world-class luthier and fine musician, Paul was a generous and intelligent man with a sharp wit. He was always an entertaining conversationalist and is much missed.
